Human Resources Manager

As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll support and partner with our COO, supervising managers and associates to deliver services that reflect our brand. As such, we’ll count on you to bring fresh thinking and new perspectives.
More specifically, you’ll be in charge of things like assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, communicating proactively and collaborating with our COO to seek and develop integrated solutions.
Qualifications for this important managerial role include the following competencies: relationship management, risk management and strategic business planning, exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, measurement and evaluation of data, decision-making, a strong working knowledge of employment law and the desire to make a positive impact on the organization and your career. Main responsibilities include managing benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, 401(k) administration, employee relations, policy compliance, affirmative action and more.
- Human Resources degree (or related field)
- Strong knowledge of HR programs (compliance, employee relations, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration and employment laws
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Other HR certifications are a bonus
- Agency experience is a plus
