2022 marked Cleveland University-Kansas City’s centennial year, and we knew they would want to celebrate in a big way. Starting with an inaugural Whole Body Health and Wellness Expo on April 30, we supported CUKC with digital, social and print assets and a press release to get the word out about the event.
The day itself featured an inspiring discussion with Emmy award-winning TV host & New York Times bestselling author Daphne Oz, led by Fox 4 Morning Show anchor Abby Eden. Following the discussion, attendees were invited to explore healthy food, fitness, outdoor entertainment, local vendors and more. It was a fitting way to kick off a celebration of 100 years of creating a healthier world.
To cap off their centennial, CUKC will host the Cleveland Centennial & Midwest Annual Conference and Expo at the Overland Park Convention Center. Not only is this a great opportunity for chiropractors to earn up to 20 hours of continuing education credits, but it’s a chance for them to hear from 30+ notable speakers, including Olympic gold medalist and entrepreneur Shaun White. Plus, as a special centennial addition to the expo, the event will end with a campus party and fireworks. Again, we’re helping get the word out with digital and print assets plus publicity and a media plan.
It’s been our privilege to brand CUKC’s centennial year. It’s a special time in the history of any organization, especially coming out of a pandemic. Every piece created for this event needed to be energetic yet inspiring. The pieces we ultimately created struck just that balance. We sweated every detail, down to pulling in CUKC’s colors everywhere we saw fit and using language that underlined CUKC’s mission.
We enjoyed the challenge of evolving CUKC’s branding to reflect the excitement of their centennial year without losing what makes this university so special.
