Account Service Intern

JOB PURPOSE

The Trozzolo account service intern is an extension of the account service team. Our account service interns learn the basics of account management – everything from leading an account to working with clients and other departments to research, strategy, tactical execution, budgets and more. As an account service intern, you will attend client meetings, manage tactical projects, execute research projects and work with all inner agency departments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates are excellent multitaskers. They know how to take and give feedback, and have the ability to think critically. They enjoy working as part of a team but are able to tackle projects independently. They are plugged in, well-read and have strong writing skills. They work hard and like to have fun.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The account service intern reports to their supervisor.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research, including market-specific research, competitive audits, industry trends and more.
• Prepare for internal and client meetings, and provide recap reports following the meetings.
• Assist with developing creative briefs and creative project request forms.
• Work closely with media, digital, PR, video and creative teams, managing their execution of tactics for clients.
• Manage client feedback on projects, relaying to inner agency departments as appropriate.
• Review and proof materials internally.
• Assist with preparing agendas, Google Slides presentations and other materials for client meetings.
• Assist with tactical execution for a variety of clients across a variety of industries.
• Assist with managing project timelines.
• Lead the intern project by overseeing the full intern group and managing the project’s timeline, strategy and meetings.
