Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will play a key part in the success of Trozzolo client relationships. This role will support the entire account team with duties such as overseeing project status, facilitating internal communication, assisting in the preparation of presentations, participating in budgeting and reporting and maintaining accurate records. With primary responsibilities focused on tactical account work, it provides a unique opportunity to learn from the best account leadership team in Kansas City and beyond.

We’re looking for a bright, motivated problem-solver with a four-year college degree, preferably in journalism, strategic communications, marketing or public relations. Relatable internships and/or one or two years of communications experience is preferred, including time spent in direct account management.

If you’re a team player with initiative and enthusiasm, and have demonstrated leadership ability, you might have what it takes to be our next Account Coordinator. Candidates must be highly organized with a fanatical attention to detail, an unbridled work ethic and a penchant for continual learning. They must also be flexible in dealing with a wide range of people and ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way.
