Client Relations Coordinator

Position Goal
The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing a positive experience for clients and visitors and extending support to agency management and staff. This position helps elevate the Trozzolo brand and brings a sense of professionalism, energy and hospitality to all.

Position Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors by phone and in person, ensuring they are comfortable and connected with the proper contact person.
  • Manage the receptionist calendar and assist with coordinating space requirements
  • Assist with visitor hospitality responsibilities as needed.
  • Perform accounting support and data entry tasks.
  • Ensure facility is well organized throughout and office equipment is in good working order.
  • Order and maintain inventory for agency supplies and stationery items.
  • Provide support for account teams as required.
  • Maintain client contact information and mailing lists.
  • Maintain internal employee lists.
  • Backup office manager duties as requested.
  • In charge of all mail and shipping needs

Reporting Relationship
The Client Relations Coordinator reports to the Officer Manager.

Hours
The Client Relations Coordinator is expected to work eight hours each day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., unless other arrangements are approved. Responsibilities of the position may occasionally require minimal overtime hours. Job share would be considered.

Experience
A minimum of two years’ office experience is required. Previous agency experience is a plus.

  • Is reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Possesses above-average skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and other presentation and database software.

  • Handles multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing work to meet deadlines and provide the greatest benefit to the organization.
  • Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Takes initiative.

This position is a full-time, hourly position and the Client Relations Coordinator will be eligible for benefits provided to employees of Trozzolo Communications Group.
