Trozzolo Names Kristen Price VP, Communications Strategy, Expanding Strategic Firepower to Agency’s Channel Delivery

Jul 21, 2025

Trozzolo Communications Group has hired seasoned marketing leader Kristen Price as VP, communications strategy. In this new role, Price will lead the strategic development of fully integrated campaigns that align media, creative and content efforts for our clients.

Price brings more than two decades of experience in digital marketing, channel strategy and demand generation. Her background includes leadership roles at Press Ganey, Cerner/Oracle and VML, where she led communication strategies for some of the most recognized brands in the country, including Intel, 3M, Oracle Health, and Chuck E. Cheese.

“Kristen is a big thinker with a sharp, strategic mind,” said Angelo Trozzolo, president and CEO of Trozzolo. “She brings deep experience and a passion for audience-driven marketing that fits perfectly with where we’re headed as an agency.”

Most recently, Price served as senior director of digital marketing and demand generation at Press Ganey, where she led a marketing team that contributed to a 30% increase in pipeline. Prior to that, she helped steer Oracle Health’s global marketing efforts, leading cross-channel strategy, paid media operations and sales enablement initiatives.

While her resume spans global brands, it was a desire to get back to her Kansas City roots that brought her to Trozzolo.

“I wanted to reconnect with my local and regional community, and Trozzolo has the clients and relationships to make that possible,” said Price. “I love this city, and helping businesses here grow means a lot to me.”

At VML, Price spent nearly a decade developing channel strategies and customer journey maps, ultimately serving as a connections director. It was in that role that she discovered a passion for full-funnel campaign planning, working across media and creative teams to build meaningful brand experiences from the ground up.

“Kristen brings the kind of strategic discipline that brings clarity to complex campaigns,” said Julie Robinson, chief client officer. “She has a gift for connecting audience insight with integrated thinking, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll have on our team and our clients.”

In addition to leading campaign strategy, Price will serve as a senior mentor across departments, helping teams refine their thinking and better connect strategy with execution.

Outside the office, she’s an explorer at heart — always looking for her next hike, good book, live show or international adventure.
