Trozzolo Strengthens Leadership with Meg Schulte as New Head of Client Services

Apr 7, 2026

Trozzolo has named Meg Schulte as senior vice president, client services, strengthening the agency’s leadership across account service and public relations and reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

In her new role, Schulte will oversee the Trozzolo Account Services, Public Relations and McDonald’s teams, guiding integrated marketing efforts across paid and earned media, digital, social and experiential.

“Meg brings an incredible combination of strategic rigor and human energy,” said Angelo Trozzolo, CEO of Trozzolo. “She understands that great client service is both operational and emotional. Her ability to see the big picture while managing the details will elevate the experience for our clients and our teams.”

Schulte joins Trozzolo from BarkleyOKRP, where she spent eight years in brand leadership, most recently serving as SVP, Client Experience. Prior to BarkleyOKRP, she served as Director of Client Services at RedPeg Marketing in Washington, D.C.

Over the course of her 20-year career, Schulte has worked across marketing, advertising and public relations, beginning her career at Anheuser-Busch on iconic brands such as Budweiser and Bud Light. On the agency side, she has helped lead integrated, award-winning campaigns for a wide range of household names, including Gallo Wine, Post Consumer Brands, Premier Protein, Monster Energy, TD Bank, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Life is Good and Blue Cross Blue Shield, among others.

For Schulte, the move to Trozzolo was rooted in culture as much as growth.

“Trozzolo came to me so naturally,” said Schulte. “With every person I met, it felt like a team of kind, hardworking and genuine people who want to grow without losing who they are at the core. It felt like the work family I wanted to be a part of and the business I wanted to help grow in my next chapter.”

Known for bringing both “sunshine and strategy” into every room, Schulte pairs high-energy leadership with disciplined planning and organization. She is passionate about challenging teams to see their biggest possible future — not by changing things for the sake of change, but by raising expectations and expanding what’s possible.

“I’m most excited to help clients do the best work,” Schulte said. “It’s possible with any budget, big or small, if we’re willing to lean in, partner closely and build it together.”

At the core of her philosophy is a simple truth: Great marketing starts with humanity.

“We’re all human,” she said. “Hold each other accountable and challenge the work, and be good to each other at the same time. Everyone matters.”

Outside the office, Schulte’s focus is her family — her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Caroline and Owen — along with their dog, Penny. She’s an avid traveler, a springtime gardener and a firm believer that flowers are always the perfect gift.
